Job summary

Optigen is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to perform in-home CPAP/BiLevel setups and in-office support. You must be licensed in your state and have at least two years of home CPAP experience. The role requires travel to Thousand Oaks and nearby areas, with a flexible schedule and independent work capability.

As a contracted 1099 clinician, you will educate patients, ensure equipment safety, and coordinate with medical staff. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in good standing in your state.
• Minimum of two years' experience in home CPAP/BiLevel setups.
• Willingness to use personal vehicle for business with valid driver's license and clean record.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures (OSHA, DOT, FDA).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up CPAP and BiLevel equipment in patients' homes and in-office.
• Provide patient education and proper equipment operation instructions.
• Travel to assigned areas for in-home setups ( Thousand Oaks, Santa Monica, Port Hueneme area).
• Maintain equipment hygiene and perform routine cleaning as required.

Respiratory Therapist ( CONTRACTED 1099 ) must live in the greater Thousand Oaks area for in home CPAP setups.

Travel to Santa Monica and Port Hueneme area as part of in home setups . Earn $$$ extra income while keeping your full time job.

As a part of our continued success, we are currently seeking a Respiratory Therapist to complete in home cpap setups . In this position, you will be responsible for setting up PAP equipment, providing patient education according to the patient's needs. This will involve teaching, advising and cleaning to ensure appropriate functioning of our equipment. Setups will be done both in office and occasionally in the home setting.

You should display excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, it is also vital that you demonstrate commitment to provide exceptional service to our patients as well as the ability to work on an independent basis with minimal supervision.
