Job summary

Optigen in the United States is seeking a Licensed Respiratory Therapist to complete in-home CPAP setups. This contracted 1099 role focuses on setting up PAP equipment and educating patients in their homes in the Apple Valley area.

You will teach, advise, and help ensure proper use and care of equipment, with two years of home CPAP/BiLevel experience preferred. Must be able to travel by personal vehicle and be available evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with active license.
• Minimum two years’ experience in home CPAP/BiLevel setups.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to use personal vehicle for business.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Access to computer, printer, and scanner.

Responsibilities

• Set up PAP equipment in clients' homes.
• Provide patient education tailored to individual needs.
• Teach, advise, and train patients on equipment use and care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning.
