TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Ocala in Florida is seeking experienced on-site sales consultants to join a high-performing team. Earn base pay of $15.25 per hour plus commissions, with an average annual income of $45,000–$65,000. Work primarily in the field (80%), traveling to homes and businesses to estimate moving costs and educate customers on services.

Responsibilities

• In the field (80% of workday) perform in-home estimates 3–4 days a week.
• Travel locally to customer homes and businesses.
• Survey property and estimate moving costs.
• Recommend value-added services and educate customers.
• Handle displeased customers calmly and report concerns.
• Input customer information into move software and prepare paperwork.
• Gather feedback and create performance reports.

On-Site/Outside Relocation Sales Consultants

These professionals are an integral part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team. They are responsible for increasing sales, educating consumers about our company’s offerings, and upholding a high standard of quality and service, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation

• Base pay of $15.25 per hour plus commissions (average of $45,000-$65,000 annually)

What You'll Do

• In the field (80% of workday) performing In Home Estimates 3-4 days a week.


• Travel locally to customer home and business locations.


• Survey the property and take down inventory to estimate moving costs.


• Recommend relevant value-added services.


• Educate customers on moving practices.


• Handle displeased customers calmly; communicate any concerns to management.


• In office 1-2 days per week.


• Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate.


• Prepare all move-related paperwork.


• Gather customer feedback through regular follow-up calls.


• Create performance reports to track sales, customer satisfaction, and mystery shop data.


• Handle phone and web leads during In Office days.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 or more years Sales Experience (Preferred)


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• Friendly, professional personality.


• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.


• Intermediate computer skills: familiar with Microsoft Office programs and able to learn new software.
