Ideal candidates will have experience in construction estimating software and a proven track record of success.

Your responsibilities include negotiating contracts, completing in-home estimates, and working closely with project managers to ensure successful project execution. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred, along with self-discipline and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an In-Home Sales representative.
• Construction estimating software certification or course completion is preferred.
• Deep understanding of construction methods and processes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new residential construction leads.
• Complete in-home estimates of construction projects with homeowners.
• Negotiate contracts with homeowners.
• Work with project managers to assist in the successful hand off of sold projects.
• Understand compliance and safety requirements for projects.
