The Companion performs light daily tasks, documents activities, and participates in team meetings, with a focus on person‑centered, respectful care in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to individuals by assisting with daily routines and engaging in activities.
• Encourage social engagement and monitor well‑being.
• Observe and report changes in condition; follow individualized care plans and supervisor instructions.
