Home Matters Caregiving in the Greater Boston West area is seeking Personal Care Assistants to provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands in clients’ homes to support independence and comfort.

Flexible scheduling is available, with shifts from day to evening to overnight. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required, and paid training plus benefits reflect our commitment to caregiver growth and client wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiving, home care, companionship, or related experience.
• Comfortable engaging clients in conversation and activities.
• Able to pass background check and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation in client homes.
• Assist with errands, shopping, and safe mobility as needed.
• Observe client needs and report changes to family or care team.
