Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, high-quality in-home care mindset.
• Compassionate personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience or training in dementia care is desirable.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing).
