Responsibilities include in-home and community-based support, transportation to appointments and activities, assistance with personal care, and contributing to a safe, supportive environment. Competitive benefits offered for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and existing insurance, registrations & inspection.
• Must provide a criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based support to individuals.
• Assist individuals to achieve goals in home and local community.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments, personal shopping, and recreation activities.
• Assist in toileting, dressing, and hygiene.
• Administration of medication
• Cultivate safe and supportive relationships
• Be creative, organized, and efficient
• Working independently and with staff
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and bring fun to the job
