Thrive USA Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to support veterans and families in Maryland, DC, Florida, and Tennessee. You will assist clients with daily activities, monitor health, and promote independence in a warm, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADLs and dementia/memory care.
• Strong communication and care-plan documentation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor health status and vital signs, report changes promptly.
• Support medication administration per care plans and HIPAA regulations.
• Prepare nutritious meals matching dietary needs and assist consumption.
• Aid safe patient transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe client spaces through cleaning and sanitation.
• Provide transportation assistance for appointments and outings.
