Thrive USA Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our in-home care team across Maryland, DC, Florida, and Tennessee.

You will assist clients with daily activities, monitor health, and promote independence while following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations. This role offers 10–40 hours per week, in-person work, and competitive pay at $21–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADLs and patient monitoring.
• Experience with dementia and memory care.
• Ability to assist with transfers and manual handling.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Monitor health status and report changes.
• Support medication administration per care plans.
• Prepare meals and assist with intake.
• Assist with transfers using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe living space.
• Provide transportation for appointments and outings.
