Job summary

Thrive USA Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team serving Maryland, DC, Florida, and Tennessee. You will assist clients with daily activities, monitor health, and support medications while ensuring privacy and safety in home settings.

We value strong communication and experience in dementia, memory, and hospice care. The role offers pay of $21–$22 per hour with 10–40 hours per week, and in-person work across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and dementia care.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with manual handling.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for care plans.
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor clients' health status by observing vital signs and overall condition.
• Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with eating as needed.
• Facilitate safe patient transfers using proper manual handling techniques and equipment.
