Thrive USA Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to support clients in Maryland, DC, Florida, and Tennessee. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and help with medications while maintaining privacy and dignity in patient care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and dementia/memory/hospice care practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with manual handling tasks.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and care plan documentation.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor clients' health status by observing vital signs and overall condition; report changes promptly.
• Support medication administration following care plans while ensuring privacy and safety under HIPAA.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed.
• Facilitate safe patient transfers using proper manual handling techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and organization of client spaces.
• Provide transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or community outings to promote independence.
