Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is hiring a CNA to deliver compassionate, in-home care to individuals affected by DOE and Nuclear Energy programs. You will provide one-on-one support, follow care plans, and document in EMR while ensuring safety and comfort in patients\' homes.

The role includes shifts that are part-time, with a $1/hr differential for nights and weekends, and a compensation range of $17.25–$25.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CO CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
