Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for adults connected to DOE/Nuclear programs. You will support daily living activities, companionship, meal preparation, and independence, following care plans and documenting in EMR systems.

Part-time or full-time roles available in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. A TN CNA license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license are required, with home-health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active TN CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
