Nuclear Care Partners in Augusta, GA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate, in-home care for individuals connected to Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. You will provide one-on-one support, focusing on maintaining quality of life and dignity in the patient’s home.

The role emphasizes following care plans, assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, and documenting changes and daily activities using EMR standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Active CNA certification GA
• CPR certified
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Connaissances

CPR certified

Valid driver's license

Ability to work independently in home

Formation

High school diploma or GED

Active CNA certification GA
