Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care services to adults and seniors. CNAs will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, promoting comfort, safety, and independence while following approved care plans and MaineTouch standards.

Opportunities include full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling (day, evening, weekend, and overnight as applicable).

Qualifications

Active Maine CNA license required.
18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene.
Provide mobility assistance including transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices.
Measure and document vital signs and basic health observations as directed.
Support daily care tasks such as light housekeeping related to care, laundry, bed linen changes, and meal preparation.
Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting client independence.
Monitor clients for changes in condition and report concerns promptly to nursing or supervisory staff.
Identify and report safety risks or environmental concerns.
Complete required documentation accurately and on schedule.
Follow infection control, safety procedures, and HIPAA compliance.
