Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care to adults and seniors. CNAs work one-on-one with clients, promoting comfort, safety, and independence while enjoying flexible scheduling and strong care team support.

The role offers opportunities for advancement and mileage reimbursement where applicable, with full-time and part-time options across day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Measure and document vital signs and observations.
• Support daily care tasks (light housekeeping, laundry, meals).
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting independence.
• Report any changes or concerns to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and HIPAA compliance.
