Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care to adults and seniors. CNAs will assist with daily care in clients' homes, promoting comfort, safety, and independence.

This role emphasizes one-on-one care with a responsive care team and flexible scheduling. Opportunities include full-time and part-time options with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts where applicable, plus mileage reimbursement and advancement pathways (CRMA,

Qualifications

Must hold an active Maine CNA license (required).
High school diploma or GED required.
Physically able to assist with mobility and daily care tasks.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Strong communication and accurate documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and hygiene.
Provide mobility assistance, transfers, ambulation, and safe use of devices.
Measure and document vital signs and basic health observations.
Support daily care tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting independence.
Monitor changes in condition and report concerns promptly to nursing staff.
Identify safety risks and environmental concerns and address them.
Complete required documentation accurately and on schedule.
Adhere to infection control, safety procedures and HIPAA requirements.
