Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care to adults and seniors. CNAs assist with daily care, promote comfort, safety, and independence, and work one-on-one with clients in their homes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time with day/evening/weekend shifts), ongoing clinical and supervisory support, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and pathways to advancement (CRMA, CNA-M, LPN).

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable and compassionate care professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, hygiene).
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers and ambulation with safe device use.
• Measure and document vital signs and basic health observations as directed.
• Support daily care tasks (light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep) as part of care plan.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting client independence.
• Monitor changes in condition and report concerns promptly to nursing staff.
• Identify and report safety risks or environmental concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; follow infection control procedures.
