Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Maine CNA license required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
- Measure and document vital signs and observations.
- Support daily care tasks including meals and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting independence.
- Report changes to nursing/supervisory staff promptly.
- Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
- Complete documentation accurately and on schedule.
