Job summary

MaineTouch is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care for adults and seniors. CNAs support clients in their homes, helping with daily care while promoting comfort, safety, and independence.

The role emphasizes one-on-one care, independence, and a responsive care team offering flexible FT/PT scheduling, with ongoing clinical and supervisory support and opportunities for advancement. Mileage reimbursement is available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks.
• Reliable transportation preferred (assignment dependent).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe use of devices.
• Measure and document vital signs as directed.
• Support daily tasks including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and monitor client condition; report concerns promptly.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
