Job summary

MaineTouch is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home care for adults and seniors. You will assist with daily living tasks, promote comfort and independence, and work with a responsive care team to support client goals.

Ideal candidates hold an active Maine CNA license, enjoy working independently in clients' homes, and value flexible scheduling including day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts where available. Mileage reimbursement may be offered.

Qualifications

• Active Maine CNA license is required.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Measure and document vital signs and observations.
• Support daily care tasks and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting independence.
• Report concerns promptly to nursing or supervisory staff.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
