Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Seminole, Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for seniors, assisting with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship while following care plans and safety protocols. Ideal candidates meet CNA (HHA) certification, CPR, 1 year caregiving experience, valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

Must hold valid CNA (HHA) certification.
CPR certification required.
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, in-home care preferred.
Valid driver's license with clean record.
Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
Level 2 background screening with fingerprinting.
Negative TB test required.
Compassionate, reliable and professional demeanor.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Accompany clients to appointments.
Perform light housekeeping including laundry and tidying.
Monitor and report changes in client condition.
Offer companionship and emotional support to maintain social connections.
Follow care plans and agency protocols.
