Qualifications

• Valid CNA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB test results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support and help clients maintain social connections.
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
