Senior Helpers of Grass Valley is seeking reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and in-home caregivers to join our growing team. As a caregiver with Senior Helpers of Grass Valley, you’ll provide personalized care and support tailored to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Minimum of one year professional hands-on caregiving experience.
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, and personal care.
• Experience caring for clients with dementia preferred.
• TB clearance or willingness to obtain before employment.
• Background check and CA Home Care Organization employment requirements.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, transfers, grooming, bathing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with families and team.
