Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Caregiver/Home Care Aide in Grass Valley, CA to provide in-home support to seniors. No experience is required, and you can start with a flexible schedule and weekly pay.

You will assist with activities of daily living, accompany clients on errands, and help maintain a safe, caring home environment while building skills through online training and CEUs offered by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required or preferred.
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen.
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services to seniors living in their home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
