As a caregiver, you’ll provide personalized care tailored to each client’s needs, helping with daily living activities, companionship, mobility, meals, and safety.

Qualifications

• One year of professional hands-on caregiving experience is required.
• Experience assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• TB clearance or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and meet California Home Care requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and personal care.
• Support nutritious meals and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan and document changes.

Skills

Caregiving experience

Valid CA driver’s license

Background check clearance

Education

HCA registration or CNA certification preferred
