Job summary

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is seeking an In Home Clinician to deliver trauma-informed individual, family, and group counseling to youth and their families in Milford, Worcester, and Westboro.

This clinical role requires a Master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage flexible schedules while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and access to community resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
• Willingness to engage in trauma-informed practice training and ARC-type competencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches for youth and families.
• Assist caregivers in navigating systems to promote access to resources and supports.
• Empower caregivers with skills to support their child's behavioral health needs.
• Create care plans and interventions to support skill-based growth for clients.
• Promote and strengthen family natural supports to foster a welcoming community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care.
• Respect client rights with a focus on cultural competency.
• Collaborate with other community-based organizations to provide services.

In Home Clinician

Community Based - Milford, Worcester and Westboro

Salary Range:$65,000.00 - $70,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring clinicians who would like to manage their own flexible and independent schedules. We provide a supportive culture that allows for a balance of personal responsibilities and professional development while contributing to the community.

This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations requires a completed master's degree in mental health counseling, social work or related field.

What you will do:

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using trauma informed and culturally responsive interventions for youth and their families.

MinimumRequirements:

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
