Wayside Youth & Family Support Network in Framingham/Waltham is hiring a Bachelor’s Level Intensive Care Coordinator to connect with youth in behavioral health. You will provide care planning, coordinate services, and support families in navigating school, court, and community resources.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of direct experience with children, young adults, or families. A valid driver’s license is required.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00/hour + s ign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).
