Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. seeks Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic settings in California. The role offers paid training, part-time hours, and a flexible schedule with mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.

No ABA experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. You will support children with autism to build communication, social, and daily living skills, traveling to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the following.
• At least one completed college course, or currently enrolled in college, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Passion for working with children; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
