Intercare Therapy, Inc. in California seeks Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using ABA, in-home and clinic-based settings. Paid training provided.

Part-time hours available with flexible mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. Travel to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius. You will work 1:1 with children, help develop communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistent progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college enrollment or completion is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with registration and insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 miles).
• Interest in working with children; ABA experience is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and nearby locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
