Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based work. No ABA experience required; paid training is provided to help you build communication, social, and daily living skills for children with autism.

Part-time schedule with mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. Compensation ranges from $19.25 to $23.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement and benefits options including medical coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the listed options is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Willing to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Experience with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
