Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based support in California. You will help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA, with paid training provided.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules including mornings, afternoons, and early evenings, plus drive-time and mileage reimbursement, medical coverage options, and a 401(k) with company match. Ongoing supervision available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; one of the following: at least one college course, currently enrolled, or an Associate/Bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 miles radius).
• Comfortable working with children; experience preferred; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child.
