Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC in Washington state seeks compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home with personal care, meals, and safe mobility.

You will provide companionship, assist with bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments, while monitoring basic health cues.

Current CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; we offer training, an employee-first culture, and opportunities to advance within our care team.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Personal Care & Dignity - Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred - we can help with certification.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe supervision.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy - and willing to visit and converse!
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
