Job summary

Care To Stay Home is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home care for seniors, focusing on dignity and independence. You will support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility while preparing simple meals and maintaining a clean living space.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, wellness checks, companionship, and gentle supervision of light exercises per professional guidance. Training and certification support are available where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver, Home Care Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred; certification help available.
• CPR/First Aid certification current or willingness to earn soon.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist transfers.
• Clear, compassionate communication with clients and respect for privacy.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred - we can help with certification.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe supervision.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy - and willing to visit and converse!
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
