Job summary

TheKey is hiring caring professionals in Cheney and surrounding communities to provide personal care, companionship and daily living support to clients in their homes. We offer flexible schedules, full-time and part-time roles, and a starting hourly rate of $20–$24 with weekly pay.

Caregivers receive paid training, mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) plan with employer match. A sign-on bonus and referral rewards are also available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA or HCA certification or able to certify within 120 days from date of hire.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration) required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support.
