TheKey is hiring caregivers in Spokane and surrounding areas to join our private-pay in-home care team. You will work 1:1 with seniors, providing personal care, companionship, and support in their homes.

We offer top pay rates, weekly pay with optional daily PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Training is provided, with flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience.
• CNA or HCA certification, or able to obtain within 120 days.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, insurance, and registration).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, meals, and grooming.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• CNA or HCA, or able to get certified within 120 days from date of hire
• CPR certification required
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration)
