Job summary

TheKey is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for aging seniors in Bothell, Bellevue, and nearby areas. Full-time and part-time positions available with daytime shifts and shorter 4‑hour options, offering competitive hourly pay of $22–$24, with 4‑hour shifts at $25–$26.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Nurse Delegation certification and Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• 6+ months caregiving experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have basic computer skills.
• Driver with vehicle, car insurance and registration required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming, meals).
• Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing).
• Transportation: drive to appointments, run errands, grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and social/emotional support.

Skills

Location: Bothell, Bellevue, and surrounding areas.

We are especially seeking caregivers who are open to daytime shifts, shorter shifts (4–6 hours)

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications
