TheKey is hiring caregivers in Spokane and surrounding areas to provide 1:1 in-home care for aging seniors. We offer daytime and weekend coverage, full-time and part-time roles, and top compensation in a supportive, caregiver-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• CNA or HCA, or able to get certified within 120 days from date of hire
• CPR certification required
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration) required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support

We are especially seeking caregivers who are open to daytime shifts, short shifts, and/or split shifts
