Job summary

TheKey is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team in Downtown Seattle and surrounding communities. Earn $22–$26 per hour with a focus on daytime and 4-hour shifts, plus the option for longer shifts and various schedules.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA license.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Driver for clients (with vehicle, car insurance and registration) required.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support.

We are especially seeking caregivers who are open to daytime shifts, shorter shifts (4-6 hours)

Responsibilities
