Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home care across Tennessee. We offer competitive hourly pay in the range of $16.00–$17.50, weekly pay, and both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule.

Our team supports clients in private-pay, VA, and CHOICES programs, with benefits after 60 days and PTO accrual after 30 days. Join us to grow with a company expanding across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Able to pass background and compliance screenings.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
