Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers to join a growing team. We provide in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs.

We offer full- and part-time opportunities with weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and a 90-day performance evaluation, along with benefits after 60 days and opportunities to work with clients throughout Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
