Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and is seeking experienced caregivers to join our team. We provide in-home care to private-pay clients, VA, and CHOICES program participants, focusing on safety, comfort, and independence in clients' homes.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay, PTO after 30 days, and benefits after 60 days while supporting growth as our company expands across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
