Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and we’re seeking experienced, dependable caregivers ready to make a difference. We provide personalized in-home care to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent at home, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs.

Explore flexible full-time or part-time roles with weekly pay. We offer PTO after 30 days, a 90-day performance evaluation, insurance after 60 days, and ample growth as our Tennessee footprint expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
