Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers who are dependable and compassionate to help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs, with opportunities for full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
