Right at Home Ann Arbor is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate care to seniors in their own homes, especially on weekends. You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable living environment.

You will join a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and help develop personalized care plans. This role offers flexible weekend hours and the reward of making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and outings
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a comfortable and clean living environment
• Offer personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to our care team
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Work part-time weekends with flexible scheduling to meet your needs
• Collaborate with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each client
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in home care
