Job summary

Right at Home is seeking Weekend Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to support seniors in their homes in Chattanooga, TN. If you want weekend hours that fit your weekday plans, this role offers one-on-one care and meaningful interaction.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with higher rates for shorter shifts, plus weekly pay and a TapCheck option. Flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid training, PTO, a 401(k), health insurance options, and referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Prepare meals and help with daily household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Run errands or assist with transportation.
• Support mobility and daily routines.
• Offer dependable support to clients and families.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

As a Weekend Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support that helps seniors remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes. Depending on the client's needs, your shift may include:
