Job summary

Right at Home Ann Arbor is seeking a compassionate Home Health Caregiver to support seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes on weekend shifts. You will provide companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care under the supervision of the franchisee.

• Weekend shift availability and flexibility to work varying hours.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes with supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, activities, and outings.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with daily living activities like getting in and out of bed and using the bathroom.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to franchisee or on-call team.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.
