Job summary

At Your Side Home Care is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to provide quality care and companionship in clients' homes. The role emphasizes reliability, attentiveness to individual needs, and building meaningful relationships with clients.

You will work part-time with a schedule of approximately 15–30 hours per week, including some weekends. Training is provided, and there is potential for advancement as caseload grows in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate in-home care and companionship.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance are required.
• Willingness to work 1–2 weekends per month and be available at least 15 hours per week.
• Strong communication with clients and care team.
