Redwood Family Care Network is seeking an In-Home Staff (HCBS Provider) to support individuals in their homes in the Phoenix area. This part-time role includes compassionate personal care, documentation, and driving to client homes.

Typical hours are 5–15 per week with some flexibility for longer commutes. Shifts occur Mon-Fri between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM; driving is required and a valid AZ driver's license is essential. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Hold a valid Arizona Driver's License (driving required).
• Documentation of current registration and car insurance.
• Clean 39-month motor vehicle report.
• Ability to complete training programs and pass tests.
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care (dressing, feeding, washing, toileting) and emotional support.
• Encourage participation in community, household, and personal care tasks.
• Provide proper documentation with billing, timesheets, and reporting within timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and inform coordinator of changes.
